Re-Syncing VOIP calls to the Enterprise Commander server
When you need to re-sync all the VOIP calls into the Enterprise Commander server.
Step-by-step guide
Please follow the sets below to replay all the VOIP calls into the Dossier for Lync Enterprise Voice server
Navigate to the relevant Connector settings page from which the VOIP calls needs to be Re-synced to the server. The connector settings page can be reached by hovering over the Enterprise commander logo → View all Connectors → select the relevant Connector.
You will need to be an administrator to see the "View all Connectors" option
- In the Connector settings page, click the "Lync 2010 Archive" or "Lync 2013 Archive" tab and reset the "Last Voip Call End Time" by clicking on the time stamp and then clicking on the unset button.
