How to set up the call audio test service

The call audio test service is a free installer which allows users to call it via Lync or Skype for Business and play an audio file.

Step-by-step Installation and Configuration guide:

 

  1. Download the installation zip here: Call Audio Test
  2. Unzip the downloaded file and run the setup.exe file.
  3. Step through the installation and install the application.
  4. Once the service is installed, it will need a set of credentials to log into Lync or Skype as.
  5. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Event Zero\CallAudioTest
  6. In this location, edit the CallAudioTest.exe.config file and enter the login details and the path for the audio file name.
  7. The configuration is now complete.

To Run the service, click on the Windows start menu and navigate to 'All Programs\Event Zero\CallAudioTest\CallAudioTest'
