Replaying Lync Conference Sessions

Some updates to Dossier for Lync Conferences to add new features or address bugs require that conference session data is replayed to the server. If this is needed it will normally be indicated in the release notes.

Step-by-step guide

To replay Lync conference sessions:

  1. Login to Enterprise Commander as a user with admin privileges
  2. Navigate to the connector that accesses your Lync archive
  3. Locate the Lync 2010 Archive or Lync 2013 Archive depending on your installation
  4. Click the 'Change' link next to 'Last Conference Session End Time'
  5. Select the 'Reset' checkbox and click 'Change' to apply.

The data will replay from the earliest session in your archive and may take some time depending on your system. It will continue to send live conference data though.
