Dialling Alert Configuration

To use the Dialling Alert Event Rule the server will need to be licensed with Lync E911 Emergency Alerting.

For Dialling Alerts to be able to send out text messages the SMS plug-in will need to be configured first please refer to for configuration steps: SMS Provider for MessageMedia

Once the SMS Plug-in has been configured follow the below steps to set up a dialing alert:

1. Navigate to Admin > Event Rules > Click the '+' button. 
   
   
   
2. In the resultant page, choose the Dialling Alert option.
   
   
   
3. In the resultant form, enter all the details and click save changes.
   1. Name: Unique identifier for this rule.
   2. Sites: The dossier configured site that you would like this rule to monitor.
   3. Dialled Numbers: The list of all the numbers that need to raise an alert.
   4. SMS Numbers: The list of numbers the Alert SMS need to be sent to.
   5. Message: The Message that needs to be sent to the above configured numbers.
    
    
4. Click Save changes to save the dialing alert.
