Overview

This lists printers within each site that were used the least at that site in the report period.

Parameters

This report uses the standard parameters for Period. The period is used to calculate printer statistics.

Include Unused Printers

 This determines whether or not printers with zero page counts within the report period are considered. This defaults to checked to include unused printers.

Description

The report analyses the printing activity within each site (optionally excluding printers that had zero page counts) and for each site displays:

• site name
• pinter count
• distribution of printers with page counts in certain ranges
• average page count across printers
• median page count across printers
• count of least used printers determined as printers with page counts less than the median value

The report then lists sites without printers.

The report then lists each site that has one or more least used printers and lists each least used printer at that site showing:

• name
• location (either 'USB' if local otherwise ???? if a network printer)
• the printer server name, i.e. the name of the endpoint that hosts the print queue
• the total pages printed in the period

It also shows a chart showing the total pages printed for each site within the period.
