Overview

This lists printers that have not been used for a specified number of days.

Parameters

Minimum Days

The minimum number of days since the printer was last used can be specified and defaults to 5 days. 

Description

The report checks every printer to see if the last time the printer was printed to is within the Minimum Days specified. If not it is listed in the report showing:

• printer name
• location (either 'USB' if local otherwise ???? if a network printer)
• site name
• the printer server name, i.e. the name of the endpoint that hosts the print queue
• the number days since it was last printed to or 'Never' if there is no record of it ever having been printed to

The report also indicates the number of printers that were not shown as they were printed to within the Minim Days specified.
