Error 500.19 problem reading web.config

Problem

After installation, when accessing the UC Commander site the error "HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error" appears, indicating it can't access web.config

Solution

This error normally occurs when the URL Rewrite prerequisite was not installed. It is part of the Application Request Routing 3.0 package details of the install can be found here /wiki/spaces/HOME/pages/13959262.

Installing the ARR with URL rewrite and restarting IIS will clear the issue.
