UDM Bridge Debugging
When you have an issue with a UDM Bridge a good starting point is the log files.
The bridge log files are located at C:\ProgramData\Event Zero\UDM Pro Bridge\Logs the programdata directory is a windows directory which is normally hidden.
There are a number of log file types in the directory the names can be suffixed with a sequence number or date.
Log File | Description |
|---|---|
Bridge | This log file logs information on the connection between the bridge and the tenant backend server |
Bridge V2 | This log file logs information on the devices talking to the bridge and the internal bridge communication. |
Bridge Metrics | This log is metrics on the bridge performance and not usually required for trouble shooting |
BridgeServiceLog | This monitors the main UDM bridge services and their availability. |
Some of the bridge log files are filled with diagnostic errors so can make it difficult to spot the actual error but generally the problem can be obvious.
If the error is not obvious from the logs please zip up the latest logs and send to support@enoten.com.
