User Roles

The Dossier/Enterprise Commander Server has various roles that can be assigned to users. Most of the user roles are by Dossier product but there are few general user roles that are applied system wide. Below is the list of all the User Roles arranged by Product.

Dossier: Enterprise voice manager :

This role provides users access to the Manager application tab.

Dossier: Devices user:

This role provides access to the users, devices and sites application tab.

Dossier: Enterprise voice user:

This role provides read-only access to the Enterprise Voice and service manager application tab.

Dossier: Enterprise voice admin:

This role provides full access to the Enterprise Voice application tab.

Dossier: IM user:

This role provides access to the IM application tab.

Dossier: Conferences user:

This role provides access to the Conferences application tab.

Dossier: RGS user:

This role provides access to the Response groups application tab.

Provisioning: E911 admin:

This role provides access to administering the E911 module.

Provisioning: Range Manager user:

This role provides read-only access to the Range manager application tab.

Provisioning: Range Manager admin:

This role provides full access to the Range manager application tab.

Provisioning: Polycom user

This role provides full access to the Polycom application tab.

Operations: KHI User:

This role provides access to the KHI application Tab

Operations: Monitoring User:

This role provides access to the Monitor application Tab

Operations: Enigma User:

This role provides access to the Enigma application Tab

UCC Admin:

This role provides access to the Admin application menu.

UCC Connector Admin:

This role provides access to be able to configure the connectors.

Connector Upgrade Manager:

This role provides access to be able to upgrade the connectors from the server.

Private Information Viewer:

Users with this role will be able to see private information such as phone numbers and addresses of any user in the system.

Event Rule Configurer:

This role allows users to set up or edit Event rules.

Real-time Viewer:

The role allows users access to view real-time dashboards such as live calls and live conferences across the system.

Roles not in use:

Advisor Admin: This role will be used by future Dossier products
Advisor User: This role will be used by future Dossier products
