Overview

This lists all printers that were used in the current period comparing the pages printed with the previous period. The printers are grouped by site.

Parameters

This report uses the standard parameters for Period Period. The period is used to calculate printer statistics. For comparison the equivalent previous period is also shown.

Description

The report lists each site and for each site it shows:

• the total pages printed in the period
• the total pages printed in the pervious period

Within each site it lists each printer which printed something within the period showing:

• name
• the total pages printed in the period
• the total pages printed in the pervious period

It also shows a chart showing the total pages printed for each site within the period.
