Definition | Description |

Expired | Can be applied to any entity that has not been seen for the last 30 days. For example en endpoint that has been removed from the network will be considered to have expired after 30 days as no new data has been received about it. The absence of the description 'expired' implies that data has been received about the entity within the last 30 days. Generally expired entities are excluded from screens and reports unless otherwise indicated. |

Active Users | Users that are currently active in their use of a computer |
Online Users | Users that are currently logged into a computer regardless of there active state |
Idle Users | Users that are logged into an endpoint but are currently idle |
Off-line Users | Users that have an account but are not currently logged on |
Locked User Accounts | Users that have a locked account |
Idle Users with screen saver | Users that are logged into an endpoint but are idle with a screen saver active |
Recently Active Users | Users that have an active account and have logged in and or have used an endpoint within the last 30 days |
Unlinked User | Users with an account in AD that have not logged into to a computer with an agent installed |
Users Active today | Users that have been active today |
Non AD User | Users that have logged into a computer with an agent but do not have an AD/Directory account |
Agent Users | Users that have logged into a computer with an agent running. |
AD Users | Users with an Active Directory account |
Mobile Users | Users with a mobile device of any description |
Paired Users | Users with a mobile device that has been paired with the ER server |
All Users Total Users | All discovered users reguardless of their discovery source (Agent, AD, SNMP, Import, API.....) |

Active Endpoints | Endpoints that are any form of active (powered on) |

CPU Active Endpoints | Endpoints are active as the result of above average or over a threshold cpu useage |
Network Active Endpoints | Endpoints that are active as the result of network usage over a threshold |
Forced Active Endpoints | Endpoints that have been forced active by a user selecting the no policy time from the agent menu |
Opted Out Endpoints | Endpoints that are opted out of power policies by a user |
Online Endpoints | Endpoints that are currently powered on and connected to the ER server |
Off-line Endpoints | Endpoints that are currently not on-line |
AD Endpoints | Endpoints that have an AD account |
Agent Endpoints | Endpoints that have an Event Zero agent installed |
Retired Endpoints | Endpoints that have been removed from Event Center |
User Idle Endpoints | Endpoints that have a user logged in and idle |
Idle Endpoints | Endpoints that are not Active reguardless of wether or not they have a user logged in |
Forced Location Endpoints | All Endpoints that have been forced to be in a site/location reguardless of their reported location |
Unlinked Endpoints | Any Endpoints that do not have a directory account |
All Endpoints Total Endpoints | All Endpoints in the ER DB reguardless of how they are discovered |
