We recommend backing up the C:\ProgramData\Event Zero\UDM Pro Server\ properties.ini file directory and subdirectories before starting. The properties.ini file contains all the information on the SQL DB (from v2.1.4 the DB password is encrypted) and your license. You should have regular backups of the UDM SQL but you should take a SQL backup before starting
