Reports can be scheduled by clicking the Schedule link next to a report.

The parameters for the report are then shown under the heading "Report Config". If the report has a period then you can select one of four periods. When the report runs the report will be relative to the run time.

Under "Schedule" you can specify a time the report should run each day and a comma separated list of email addresses to send to (prior to 3.0.22 this only supported one address). Clicking in the time field produces a list of times but you may enter any time as long as it is in the same format as the list.
By default the report will be run daily but to specify days of the week to run on click 'Weekly' which will show checkboxes to select days of the week.

Managing Scheduled Reports
If you click "Scheduled" tab at the top of a list of reports in Report Center a report page then it will list each the scheduled report for that category along with the details of the scheduling. You can delete a scheduled report from here as well. Currently there is not no support to edit a scheduled report so deleted delete it and create a new one to change it.
