  1. Navigate to the relevant Connector settings page from which the VOIP calls needs to be Re-synced to the server. The connector settings page can be reached by hovering over the Enterprise commander logo → View all Connectors → select the relevant Connector.

    You will need to be an administrator to see the "View all Connectors" option

  2. In the Connector settings page, disable the "Voip call state" under click the "Lync 2010 Archive" or "Lync 2013 Archive" heading. The option can be disabled by clicking on the current state hyperlink and choosing the disable option.
    Log into the Enterprise Commander database or in a new tab navigate to <serverURL>/_manager → Schema → New query and execute the following commands SEPARATELY:
  3. delete from LYNC_VOIP_CALL_ERROR
  4. delete from LYNC_VOIP_CALL
    Go back to the Commander connector page and reset the tab and reset the "Last Voip Call End Time" by clicking on the time stamp and then clicking on the unset button.
  5. Re-enable to the "Voip call state" that was disabled in step 2.
